Calendar Block Rules

Blocking a calendar is a crucial feature for managing your property availability. Whether you need to block dates for maintenance, personal use, or any other reason, this guide will show you how to do it efficiently. You can block a calendar either through the multi-calendar view or on a per-listing basis.

Blocking Dates

  1. To block dates for a specific listing you can either:

    1. Go to Multi-calendar page under Marketing module.

    2. Open a specific listing and navigate to the Calendar section.


  2. Click and drag over the desired dates you wish to block.

  3. The calendar block modal will then pop up showing where the following are displayed:

  4. Change the status to blocked and add a note in the Notes Section explaining the reason for blocking the dates.

  5. Hit Save.

Overriding Info Within the Calendar Block Modal

Within the Calendar Block Modal, you can directly change pricing for specific dates or minimum nights.

To change the minimum nights for a specific listing:

1. Hover and drag over the desired dates or set them in the “From” and “To” fields.

2. Enter the new minimum nights in the Minimum Nights field. The Manual Override checkbox will automatically be checked.


3. Click .

To change pricing:

1. Hover and drag over the desired dates or set them in the “From” and “To” fields.

2. Check the Change Price checkbox then enter the static pricing. The Manual Override checkbox will automatically be checked.

4. Click .

Note: If you see the red pencil icon on the calendar, it means the price or minimum night has been overridden on that specific date.
