The IoT page is the central hub for managing and viewing all smart devices linked to a property. Note that currently, it supports smart door locks only, but it will expand to other devices like noise sensors and thermostats in future updates.
IOTs Page Overview
To view this page on a general level:
Navigate to IOT page under the Operations module.
Once on the IoT main page, you will see a list of all connected devices, along with their real-time statuses.

Image - a photo or icon indicating the type of device (e.g., door lock, thermostat, sensor)
Device Name - The custom or default name assigned to each IoT device.
Lock Status - Indicates whether the device is locked or unlocked.
Online Status - Shows whether the device is currently online and active.
Battery Level - Displays the remaining battery percentage for battery-powered devices.
Listing Connected - this is where you can set or specify the property or listing that the device is associated with.
Entry Point - this is where you can indicate the exact entry point, such as “Main Entrance” or “Back Door,” for doors or locks.
For a property level overview:
In the
page, open a listing by clicking the manage button. In the side menu, navigate to IoT under Operations. You will then see the devices connected to that specific listing.
If there is no device with an issue, you should see a
status at the top indicating that the devices are working properly.
However, if there is a device with an issue, you will see
status at the top, and the device with the issue will be grayed out, showing an offline indication.
How to Set Up Your IoT Device App

Device Overview
In the general level and property level view of the IoT page, selecting a specific device will open a detailed interface dedicated to managing and monitoring that connected device. This provides all essential information about each device’s settings and current status, ensuring you have everything needed to efficiently manage device functionality.
Within the Device page, you’ll find the following key elements:
Device information - displays the device name, status (locked/unlocked), battery percentage, and model.
Access Codes - shows the number of access codes. Clicking on this lets you view and manage access codes for the device.
Lock status - indicates whether the door is locked or unlocked. The
button allows you to unlock it remotely.Code length - indicates the required length for access codes.
Managing Access Codes
The Access Codes feature allows you to easily manage, view, and configure access codes for your IoT device. Whether you’re assigning temporary access to guests or adjusting the settings for recurring access, this functionality offers flexibility and control over who can access your property.
Within the device page, if you click on the access codes button, you will be redirected to a dedicated page where you can manage and view all access codes associated with your devices. Here you will find:
The total number of access codes generated
Button to Add New Code
Search bar
General status of the access codes
List of all active and past access codes, with the following information for each code:
Access Code Name
Device Name
Start or End Dates
Actual code used for access.
Action Buttons
Copy Code: Quickly copy the access code for easy sharing.
Edit: Modify the access code’s details, including the code itself, name, and timing.
View: View more details about the specific access code.
Delete: Remove the access code from the system.
Adding Access Codes
To manually add a new access code, click the
button on the Access Codes page. You will then be redirected to the interface where you're required to:
Provide a name for the access code (e.g., “Guest 12345” or another meaningful label). If the code is automatically generated, it will typically use the guest’s booking code.
Enter a custom code or generate one by clicking the
button.Choose the timing for the code:
Ongoing: Set the code to be valid indefinitely, with no expiration date.
Start/End Times: Specify the exact start and end times for the access code. By default, the code will start from the time you create it and expire at the same time on the following day.

To modify the start or end times, click the pencil icon next to the timing field and adjust the times as needed.

Once all the details are entered, click
to create the access code.
💡 By default, the system automatically generates a unique access code for each reservation, which is named after the confirmation code.
Editing and Deleting an Access Code
To edit and delete an access code, you may do so by:
Clicking on the actions button from the main access page

Opening a specific access code, and navigating to the edit and delete button.
Delete code - lets you remove the access code completely
Edit code - allows you to modify the code's name, pin, and timing.
