Add a listing from Boom to Google Travel

  1. In the Boom platform, go to the Channel on the main menu.

  2. Click the Channels tab and select the Google tile.

  3. Follow the steps displayed on each page

If you already have some properties created in the Boom platform, you can start advertising them in the channel as described in Add new properties.

Add new Properties

If you already have some properties connected or mapped to Google Travel, but you want to connect additional ones.

  1. In the Boom platform, go to Channels.

  2. Navigate to the Channels tab and select Google.

  3. The Property List opens.

  4. Click the Activate button.

The property list includes all the properties from your account. In case the activate button is grayed out it means that some content needs to be improved. Hover over the property's status and click Go. You will be redirected to the Edit property page, where you can do the necessary updates.

  5. Optionally, go to the Google Travel website and find your listing. Copy the URL and paste it into the URL field to set the connection live. Click the Update status button.

  6. The status changes from Not connected to Active within the next 24 hours. Now, the connection is up and running and you start receiving reservations for the activated properties.

ℹ️ Once a property is connected to Google Travel, Google independently determines which properties to publish - Boom has no control over this selection.

Properties with the status “Check with Channel” or "Pending" are still being verified by Google. Once the verification is complete, listing links will be generated automatically and updated in the system.

Mapping properties on Boom to existing Google Travel listings

Mapping Google Travel listings to properties in Boom is not supported. In other words, you can only push listings from Boom to Google. If you already have Google Travel listings, you won't be able to connect them to Boom.
