Transfer to HomeAway button is missing (For Boom use)

The "Transfer to HomeAway" button allows us to share reservations with VRBO onboarding team. This is required during the onboarding process to map the reservations.

If this option is missing, check the following:

  1. Check that the property is listed (not unlisted)

  2. Ensure the property is pushed and active in the VRBO sales channel

    1. Open the customers RU subaccount

    2. Navigate to Services ⏡ VRBO

    3. locate the property and add the advertiser ID, deposit value and a markup

    4. Click on "Activate"

Reservations that are associated with an unlisted or deactivated properties won't show the optuion to transfer to HomeAway
