This document provides a walkthrough of how to navigate and utilize the Boom Dashboard. Each section of the dashboard offers insights into different aspects of operations, from sales management to customer satisfaction and financial reconciliation.

1. Manager’s Dashboard Overview

Welcome to the Boom Dashboard. The Manager's Dashboard provides a comprehensive AI overview, including AI-driven sales messages, customer service messages, total conversations, host messages, live escalations, autopilot pauses, and messages categorized by representatives. The Reservations Dashboard delivers real-time data on potential issues such as overbooking and guest satisfaction levels, along with the number of current guests.


The Manager’s Dashboard provides an AI-powered overview of all communication and operational metrics:

  • AI Sales Messages

  • AI Customer Service Messages

  • Total Conversations

  • Host Messages

  • Live Escalations

  • Autopilot Pauses

  • Messages by Representative

This section centralizes communication performance and health across your business.

2. Reservations Dashboard / Guest Satisfaction Bar

You will find the guest satisfaction bar, offering an immediate snapshot of the satisfaction levels of current guests. A 30-day data summary includes check-in counts, checkout counts, new reservations, and future reservation forecasts. Under the Listings section, view your active listings, published properties, and unmapped properties count.

The Reservations Dashboard shows real-time monitoring of:

  • Overbookings

  • Guest sentiment (issue alerts)

  • Current in-house guest count

Quickly see the satisfaction level of current guests.

30-Day Reservation Metrics

  • Check-ins

  • Check-outs

  • New Reservations

  • Future Reservations

3. Listings Overview

Under listings overview, you can see all the active listings as shown in the screenshot below including properties with errors.

This section provides visibility into your listing inventory:

  • Active Listings

  • Listed Properties

  • Published Properties

  • Unmapped Properties

  • Properties with Errors

  • Average Length of Stay

  • Average Booking Window

4. Reviews & Operations

In addition to prompts for properties with errors, this section provides insights into average length of stay and booking windows. Under Reviews, access customer post-stay reviews from OTAs and direct booking sites, if applicable. The Operations section provides data on total cleanings, maintenance tasks, and inspections.

Operations Summary

Displays counts for:

  • Total Cleanings

  • Maintenance Tasks

  • Inspections

5. Tasks, Experience, Store Dashboard

Today's Tasks section displays completed versus total versus high-priority tasks and overdue tasks, along with an on-time completion rate and unassigned tasks. The Experience Dashboard shows incomplete and complete check-ins and their completion rate. The Store Dashboard provides insights into total sales, page views, conversion rates, and popular items.

Experience Dashboard

Shows:

  • Top-Selling Items

  • Most Viewed Items

6. Direct Booking Funnel

The Direct Booking Site section shows your booking funnel, including visitor counts, view counts, price checks, and checkout processes. It also breaks down step conversion rates and booking revenue, alongside daily booking activity metrics such as visitors, views, and checkout starts and completions.

The Direct Booking Dashboard tracks your booking funnel with metrics for:

  • Visitors

  • Page Views

  • Price Checks

  • Checkout Starts

  • Checkout Completions

Breaks down conversion rates at each step and shows total booking revenue.

7. Revenue Dashboard

In the Revenue section, review metrics like sold-in period, year-over-year changes, current month changes, and average future changes. Access data on confirmed and future accommodations, as well as comparative graphs of current vs. previous year's performance.

  • Year-over-Year Change

  • Month-over-Month Change

  • Average Future Changes

  • Fair Accommodations (confirmed stays)

  • Future Revenue Projections

  • Comparison Graph: Today vs. Same Day Last Year

8. Bank Feeds & Expense Overview

Bank Feeds show your transactions, unreconciled transactions, reconciliation statistics, and a financial summary. The Expense Overview presents property and business expenses, prioritized expense reasons, and contractor expenses, providing insights to reduce unnecessary costs and maximize profits.

9. Advance Deposits Dashboard

The final dashboard presents an advanced deposit view, detailing upcoming reservation deposits. It includes quick links for resolving pressing issues, ensuring smooth business operations.

This dashboard provides:

  • Total Advance Deposits

  • Advance Deposits for Upcoming Reservations

  • Quick links to address financial concerns

The Dashboard is a default overview section, and can not be modified , For more personalized data users can go to the analytics section.
