Area Report Interface

The Area Report functions as a daily operations dashboard for a specific region. It concentrates on the day's activities, offering a summary that includes the total number of tasks still pending for today, expected arrivals and departures, and access to reviews provided by guests.

In the "Service Calls" section located at the bottom of the report, tasks and reviews are organized into various categories for management purposes.

Area Report KPIs

KPIs offer a swift snapshot of various aspects, each showing the current and previous scores, calculated at the regional level. This means all listings under the chosen region are considered, providing an overall score. Hovering over any KPI will reveal its intended purpose.

Refers to operational expenses, which ideally should be below 45% (income divided by expenses).

Aggregate review score for all listings within the same region.

Area Report Today's Stats

Today's stats provide a snapshot of all tasks scheduled for the current day, with a spotlight on those related to cleaning and maintenance. The display indicates the total number of tasks allocated to both Cleaning and Maintenance and their progress.

For a comprehensive view of all tasks, simply scroll down to the "Service Calls" tab where tasks are categorized for more efficient monitoring. Selecting any task gives you the option to edit or execute it.

Tasks with a Pending Approval status are located in the "Pending Approval" tab.

Arrival & Departures

Today's arrivals and departures are showcased in this section, and each entry is interactive.

By clicking on any entry, you will be redirected to the "Listings" tab at the bottom of the screen, which displays a list of relevant listings based on the chosen status.

Selecting a listing from this list opens its page, where you can find information such as the next check-in and the last and upcoming scheduled maintenance tasks like cleaning, pest control, landscaping, etc. From here, you can initiate a post-checkout inspection by clicking the “Start Inspection” yellow button , which triggers the inspection task set for that listing.

Pending Reviews

In this area, you'll see a tally of the latest reviews from guests, organized into two columns for positive and negative feedback, originating from "Checkup," "Survey," and the "booking channel." It also shows the count of review-related tasks that have been generated. Each category is interactive; clicking on one will take you to the corresponding section of Pending Reviews at the bottom of the page, based on your selection.

The Pending Review section aims to inform field personnel about guest reviews, allowing them to address any issues highlighted in these reviews. After resolving the issue, the area manager should click the "Validate" button. Reviews with low scores will be emphasized in red.

AI will examine the content of the review, offer a concise summary at the top, and tag any identified issues, regardless of the review's score.
