🧭 Overview

The Guest Book module gives you a centralized view of your guest data, helping you analyze guest behavior, engagement, and performance metrics. Use this module to gain actionable insights, improve guest experiences, and drive repeat bookings.


📊 Guest Metrics Dashboard

At the top of the Guest Book page, you’ll find key performance metrics that summarize guest activity and satisfaction.

Available Metrics

  • Repeat Guest Rate
    Percentage of guests who return for another stay.

  • Average Length of Stay (LOS)
    The typical number of nights guests stay.

  • Average ADR
    The average daily rate per guest.

  • Average Booking Window
    How many days in advance guests usually make a booking.

  • Average Review Score
    Overall guest satisfaction based on reviews.

  • Upsell / Cross-sell Success Rate
    How often guests accept additional offers or add-ons.


🔍 Filters

Use filters to narrow down your guest list and focus on specific segments.

How to apply filters

  1. Open the Filters section.

  2. Click the dropdown and select a filter (e.g., Guest Age, Birthday).

  3. Enter the desired values.

  4. Click Apply to update the guest list.

Advanced filtering

  • Click Add Filter to combine multiple filters

  • Use multiple conditions for deeper analysis and targeted searches


📋 Guest Table

Below the metrics and filters, you’ll find the Guest Table, which displays detailed information for each guest.

Table Columns

  • ID / Name & Email
    Click the guest name to open their detailed guest profile.

  • ADR
    Average daily rate associated with the guest.

  • Last Review
    Number of reviews left by the guest.

  • Club Member
    Indicates whether the guest is enrolled in a club or loyalty program.

  • Last Communication
    The most recent date you contacted the guest.

  • Visits Count
    Total number of stays completed by the guest.

  • Last Visit
    Date of the guest’s most recent stay.

  • Profile Tags
    Custom tags used to categorize and identify guests.


📤 Export to Excel

If you need to analyze guest data outside the platform:

  • Click Export to Excel

  • All filtered guest data will be downloaded as a spreadsheet

This is useful for reporting, audits, and advanced analysis.


🔎 Search & Pagination

Search

  • Use the Search bar to quickly find specific guests by name or email

Pagination

  • Navigate through pages using the pagination controls at the bottom

  • Adjust the number of rows per page to control how much data is displayed
