The Reviews Assistant streamlines the process of addressing guest feedback by tagging issues and simplifying the creation of service calls directly within Boom. It also facilitates responding to reviews right from the source channel.

It operates within the "Received Reviews" section of the Reviews page.

Issues Tagging

When guests review their stay, the AI Reviews Assistant analyzes their feedback, identifying potential issues, even if the review score is perfect (5/5).

It then suggests tags for these issues. Hovering over each tag displays the specific quote from the guest's review.

Generate a task (service call) for the identified issues

You have the option to generate tasks from the identified issues

  1. Click the "Tasks" button located in the Task column.

  2. Then click on the "+ Task" next to the suggested tags

Suggestions for Responding to Reviews

When replying to a guest review via Boom, the AI assistant offers a suggested response

To use AI response suggestion:

  1. Click the "Channel" button located in the "Replied" column

  2. You can use the suggested response or craft your own

  3. Hit send.
