Boom can generate a task for each negative review received by guests. This can assist with alerting your team to check the negative review and see if they can rectify it or remove it.
To activate this:
Open the settings page and navigate to the Settings tab
Select "Reviews"
Toggle on the "Create service call after bad review" option
Click on Save.
