Allocate a property/room to guests

Please note that the system will not allocate property/room to reservations in the "Inquiry" status; it will only allocate them once the reservation is confirmed.

Follow these steps to allocate a property/room to guests:

  1. Open the CRM or Multi Calendar and locate the guest

  2. Click on the guest to open the chat interface

  3. Click on the pencil icon located at the top right side

  4. Select the desired property/room under the "Listings" field

  5. Click "Save"
