Overview

The Guest Store provides opportunities for upselling, allowing guests to purchase services like early check-in, late checkout, full or refresh cleaning, pool heating, and other third-party offerings, including Private Chef services, Massage therapy, and more.

Integrated into the Guest Portal, the store presents items for purchase based on their availability. Guests can access store items 24 hours before check-in, provided they are available.

When guests click View on the item they're interested in, they will see the item's description along with a disclaimer (if applicable).

They can then proceed to purchase by clicking the Reserve button, which will prompt them to enter their payment information.

πŸ’‘ You have the choice to receive inquiries rather than enabling direct purchases. This option can be configured in the item's settings.

Upon the purchase of a store item, the system will, when applicable, block the calendar and generate a task to notify all relevant parties and ensure the service is executed. For example, if a guest chooses the "Pool Heater" option, the system will create a task to activate the pool heater for their stay.
