Zone is designed to help you organize and manage properties across different regions or categories, ensuring a more streamlined workflow for your team. Whether you have properties in different countries, cities, or operational divisions, Zones allow you to isolate data and settings for each specific area. This is especially useful when teams are responsible for distinct regions or when you want to focus on a specific subset of your properties.

How to Set Up and Manage Zones

Follow these steps to create and configure zones in your system:

Adding a New Zone

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Settings in the system’s main menu.

  2. Go to the tab.

  3. Add a new zone by entering a name for it.

  4. Click Save to create the zone.

Configuring Zone Details

  1. To configure additional details click on the icon for the zone you want to modify.

    You can then set the following:

    1. Company Name: Specify the company managing this zone (optional).

    2. Listings: Assign specific properties to this zone.

    3. Currency: Define the currency used for transactions in this zone.

    4. Processing Fee: Set the applicable processing fee for the zone.

    5. Net Income Formula: Define the formula for calculating net income in this zone.

    6. Management Commission Formula: Specify the formula for calculating management commissions.

    7. Owner Profit Formula: Set the formula to determine the owner’s profit.
