This error appears on Airbnb when your pet fee settings conflict with your amenity settings—specifically, when you’re charging a pet fee, but the property settings indicate that pets are not allowed or “Pets are welcome” is not selected.
How to Fix the Error
If the property should allow pets and charge a pet fee:
Update the Charge Profile:
Update Amenity Settings:
Retry Syncing the Airbnb listing:
From the main menu, go to Marketing ⏵ Channels ⏵ Airbnb.
Locate the affected listing and click “Content Action Required”.
Click on the "Retry" Button

Allow the system to sync and update your listing.
Once completed, the error should disappear, and a green checkmark with a green confirmation line should appear.
💡 If the property should not allow pets, make sure the selected charge profile does not include a pet fee and select “No Pets Allowed” in the amenities section.
