How to Add a Note Within a Guest Conversation

  1. Open the guest conversation in the CRM.

  2. Type your note in the message field.


  3. Click the Channel / Medium selector, then choose “Note” as the message type.


  4. Click to send the note within the conversation thread.

Viewing Only Notes in a Conversation

If you want to filter the conversation to display notes only, click the Notes Filter icon in the top bar. This will hide guest and agent messages, allowing you to focus solely on internal updates.
