The Sales CRM KPI features a top seller section that updates whenever an inquiry converts to a confirmed reservation. The agent leading in conversions is highlighted as the top seller, serving as motivation for the sales team to excel.
Top Seller of the Day
The "Top Seller" KPI displays the day’s cumulative sales and spotlights the top seller of the day. It resets daily to continuously encourage and stimulate competition within the sales team.
Moving the cursor over the ℹ️ sign above the KPI reveals the day's top 5 sellers.
Total Sales of the Month
The "Total Sales" KPI displays the cumulative sales for the month and also highlights the month's top seller and resets monthly.
Moving the cursor over the ℹ️ sign, you can view a list of the top 10 sellers for the month.
Associate a seller to a reservation
After a reservation changes from the "Inquiry" stage to "Confirmed":
Click on the guest reservation ticket to open the guest chat.
Click the "Sale" green button in the guest chat (located on the top)
Choose the agent's name from the pop-up window.
Hit save.
