Fun Level (Staying and angry)

The fun level enables agents to assess and categorize the level of satisfaction or enjoyment expressed by the guest.

When AI Customer Service Assistant is activated, it automatically determines the fun level by analyzing the guest's recent message.

💡 A score of 3 star and below will automatically move the guest ticket to the 'Staying&Angry' tab.

The Fun Level is displayed at the top left in the guest's chat and is also visible in the Customer Service CRM inbox.
