Message Customer Support
Use the 'Messages' tab
to contact Boom's Customer Support team with any questions or issues you may encounter. Simply click on the 'Ask a Question' button
, type your message, and Customer Support will respond as soon as possible.
Create Tickets
Follow these steps to create a new support ticket:
Open the live chat using the chat icon
in Boom In the home tab (default), click on "Support Request" under the Create a ticket" section
Fill in the form (* are mandatory fields)
Click on "Create ticket"
when done
Once you've created a ticket, you can track its status via the "Tickets" tab
. All previous tickets will also be displayed there for your reference.
