The live chat is available within Boom's interface by clicking on the chat icon located at the bottom

Follow up on tickets you have created

Message Customer Support

Use the 'Messages' tab to contact Boom's Customer Support team with any questions or issues you may encounter. Simply click on the 'Ask a Question' button , type your message, and Customer Support will respond as soon as possible.

Create Tickets

Follow these steps to create a new support ticket:

  1. Open the live chat using the chat icon in Boom

  2. In the home tab (default), click on "Support Request" under the Create a ticket" section

  3. Fill in the form (* are mandatory fields)

  4. Click on "Create ticket" when done

Once you've created a ticket, you can track its status via the "Tickets" tab . All previous tickets will also be displayed there for your reference.
