Personnel are employees with specific responsibilities in your company. When personnel are assigned to a property, the system can automatically assign tasks relevant to them based on the property where the task was created. This eliminates the need to manually assign tasks to individuals each time, as the system will know who is responsible and assign tasks accordingly.
You can assign the following personnel to each of your properties.
Personnel | Description |
Cleaning Supervisor | The user responsible for cleaning and supervising cleaning activities. |
Pool | The user responsible for pool cleaning and maintenance. |
Pest | The user responsible for pest control and management. |
Landscape | The user responsible for landscaping tasks and maintenance. |
Host | The Field PM responsible for the property’s maintenance and overall performance. |
Region Manager (Optional) | A PM/manager responsible for overseeing the region. |
To assign a personnel to a property, follow these steps:
Open the Listings page from the main menu
Click Manage on the desired listing
Navigate to Operations ⏵ Personnel
Select the relevant users under each personnel field
Click Save
