Option 1: Guide the guest to log into the guest portal, where they can purchase an extra night. They’ll need to navigate to the store items section and select the option to "Add One More Night to My Reservation." Once they complete the purchase, their reservation will be extended on our platform. A payment link will be sent to them to finalize this change.

Option 2: You can manually extend the reservation by blocking off the additional night following the current reservation. Then, send the guest a quick charge through the guest portal. . Don’t forget to adjust the cleaning schedule and any necessary inspections to the new check-out date.

Option 3: Instruct the guest to modify their reservation directly through the booking channel they originally used. The changes will be reflected on our platform, including an automatic update to the cleaning schedule after their new check-out date.
