Reservation Page Overview

The reservation page offers a comprehensive overview of all reservation details on a single page. You can access it by selecting the square icon with an arrow in the guest chat's Reservation section

Follow these steps to access the reservation page:

  1. Open the CRM module from the main page and navigate to the CS tab

  2. Locate the relevant guest and click on its ticket to open the guest chat

  3. Open the reservation page (Expand the chat's side menu and click on the square icon with an upward arrow).

Reservation Page Features

General

  • In the header, you'll find the guest's name, reservation ID, status, stay dates, and property name.

  • The summary section offers a quick overview with details like price, guest count, number of nights, booking source, and the pre-check-in form status. You can also note information pertaining to the reservation here.

  • Guest details are located in the Guest section and are editable. The information below comes from the pre-check-in form.

Finance

  • The finance section shows the payment details for the reservation, including options to add invoice items, apply discounts, and process charges or refunds when you handle the transactions.

  • The store section lists items the guest bought through the store in the Guest portal. You can manage these purchases, issue refunds, and use the "Quick Charge" button at the bottom for fast transactions.

Store Quick Charge

Using the "Quick charge" button you can assist guests with charging them on available store items or services you may offer (such as Spa, Food & Drinks, Parking, Yacht and

General)

To use the Quick Charge:

  1. In the reservation page, click on the "Quick Charge" button under the "Store" section

  2. Select the relevant category from the drop down

  3. Add description

  4. Enter the amount to charge

  5. You can create a service call (task) if needed. For instance, if a purchase relates to cleaning, you can assign a task to the cleaning team for follow-up.

  6. click on "Create Charge Request"
