If your new Airbnb listing shows an “In-Progress” status, it is likely because the property is currently inactive (unlisted).
To successfully publish a new listing to Airbnb, ensure the listing is set to “Listed” while it is being distributed.
Once the status is changed to “Listed,” allow the system to complete the listing’s creation on Airbnb. After this process is finished, you may change the listing to “Unlisted” if desired.
If your listing is “Listed" but still shows an “In-Progress” status, it could indicate that the Airbnb Business Tax ID and TOT tax information are required. If so, please provide the necessary details.
In Boom, open the desired listing in "Manage" mode
Navigate to "Channel Manager ⏵ Finance"
Enter the Airbnb Business Tax ID & TOT tax ID in the fields
Save your changes
