This error is most likely due to the connection request to QuickConnect LOS has not been approved yet. Once requested to switch to QuickConnect LOS the Channel Manager Connectivity team must approve this request before you can proceed with mapping it (approval may take time, please reach out to Boom to expedite approval if the connection has not been approved within an hour).
Booking.com property will normally changes its status to "open and bookable" once the connectivity provider switch has been approved and the property was mapped with Boom. The system will read the calendar and then will open the property.
If the connection request to QuickConnect LOS has been already approved and there's an error related to the connectivity provider, please reach out to Boom for further support.
โ ๏ธ Please note: QuickConnect LOS requests should be made between Monday and Thursday, as the connectivity provider team responsible for approving connection requests is not available from Friday to Sunday.
