If your getting an error when trying to map an existing property in booking.com and get this error: "Request for forbidden hotel id(s). hotel_ids: [hotel ID]"
It means you have not changed the connectivity provider to QuickConnect / QuickConnect LOS.
QuickConnect allows the connection between the property in booking.com and Boom. This is mandatory in order for Boom to gain access to the listing.
To resolve this, please follow the following instructions
Open the listing in your booking.com extranet
In the listing, click on “Account” and “Connectivity Provider” (top right)
Search for 'QuickConnect LOS' in the search bar and select it. Then, follow the instructions on the prompt screen to approve the connection request.
Please wait for the connectivity provider to approve your request before proceeding to the next steps. You may go back to the connectivity provider settings to see if it was approved
Once the connectivity provider is approved, the status should appear as follows:
