Find Alternative Listings

The CRM enables you to locate and suggest alternative listings directly within the Guest Chat, catering to potential guests or those experiencing issues and requiring relocation.


Follow these steps to look for alternative listings:

  1. Select the appropriate guest ticket to access its Guest Chat

  2. Expand the reservations tab and scroll down to locate the listings button.

  3. A pop-up window will show up, where you can search for an alternative listing using the following parameters:

    • Dates: Select check-in/out dates. The default dates are aligned with the guest ticket's stay period.

    • City: Choose the desired city (optional).

    • Guests: Specify the number of guests.

    • From Price: Set the lower limit of the price range (optional).

    • To Price: Set the upper limit of the price range (optional).

    • Pool: Checkbox to indicate whether a pool is a preferred amenity (optional).

    • Hot Tub: Checkbox to indicate whether a hot tub is a preferred amenity (optional).

  4. Once the parameters are set, a list of properties will be displayed, including a discount range that you can apply and a redirect link to the listing per booking channel.
